The swaddles are fantastic! I started off with an arms down swaddle sack, which I thought was working well, but I noticed my son getting frustrated that he couldn’t free his arms around one week old. So I tried the arms up swaddle, and have never looked back. I have two different whites, one he wears for daytime naps, and the other for overnight when it’s cooler. He refuses to have any other kind of swaddle, thank you for inventing such a fantastic arms up, self soothing swaddle! It works exactly as designed

We're very happy with the product, but I'm disappointed with the return procedure, which effectively amounts to "ship it back to us with your own materials at your own expense." I appreciate that prepaid, reusable shipping containers are an expense on LTD's end, but it would be MUCH more convenient for parents with a newborn in the house, both logistically and practically. I highly suggest figuring out a better solution ASAP.
