I love the selection of products offered and found exactly the type of wool yarn I was looking for. However, I was disappointed about the time it took for my order to ship (over 7 business days) and now I won’t have the time I needed to complete the project I am working on on time. I had to reach out to customer service about my order. To their credit, service was great and quick but I likely won’t order supplies through this site again.

The communication is definitely needs improvement. The website claims "Most orders ship 1-5 days". I placed my order on the 12th of July and did not receive notification of shipment until the 25th which is well above 5 business days. There was no communication about delay and I emailed about it on the 21st there was no response in regards to the enquiry about the status of my order, just the shipping notificaiton on the 25th.
