The initial order was wrong, but the staff was very quick to acknowledge and rectify the issue. Replacement signs were received in under a week and they even sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect signs. I often believe that a company shines when they have a problem to fix and We Build Signs did not let me down. I will definitely buy from them again.

Customer service was great. Sign was as advertised. I do believe ADA requires sign finish to be matte as opposed to the gloss that was received. Not an issue with the quantity ordered though. Thank you.
