i cancelled my order right after making it. many days passed and they still sent it. i went to contact them to return it and they refuse to answer any of my emails. i've never seen such garbage, nonexistent customer service.

I bought the black angry bird guitar . for one it didn't work because the wire inside the pickup was broke off but because it was christmas presant I just took. The puck up ooh and soldered the wire myself then it worked fine. Second it is missing a plate that covers another pick up under the strings that covers up other wires I will just buy one of those and add it myself. You do get what you pay for but other then that it is fine for a kids first guitar.

Wish I could do a "no star" rating. Worse experience ever. Still waiting for a response as to where my item is. They made a shipping label in order to scam me out of my money and haven't responded to my emails other than an automated response. Stay away from this company Scam artists!!!

Nice quality board and stones. However the stones are very close together and hard to pick up. Also the grooves in the board are quite shallow so the stones roll around easily. Not suitable for children.
