Do not trust Vintage King for online purchases. They charge ridiculously for returns and deceptively hide the details when ordering. At least GC and Sweetwater are straight forward. I won’t use VK ever again.

I wanted to like Vintage King but their customer support really disappointed me. I bought a new Shure SM7dB microphone from them online last week. I did lots of research on this microphone and decided to purchase from them because they had a deal for $50 off the $500 price tag because it was a "demo deal". I waited all week for the mic to arrive and when it did I noticed that the box was opened, assuming because it was a demo deal. I screwed the mic onto the brand new Shure boom arm that I just bought last week as well for Black Friday. I had a new Shure M7VX on the boom arm before attaching the SM7dB to it. The Shure boom arm has an attachment made specifically for the Shure SM7B and SM7dB. After attaching the SM7dB I noticed the screw mount would not loosen, so much so that I had to remove the entire SM7dB boom attachment just to get the mic off the arm. This was the first thing that happened as I mounted the SM7dB to the boom arm. I contacted Vintage King the first thing the next day and the guy helping was really nice and he told me not to worry and I wouldn't be stuck with this mic and he would create a Support case for me. I waited till Monday the next week to hear back and then Support messaged me stating that basically because I bought the boom arm from Amazon they cannot help me. I explained to them that the boom arm was working just fine as it was brand new and was holding the Shure M7VX with no issue. It was only once I put the SM7dB on the boom it got stuck immediately within the first use. I have used an SM7B before and they way the mounting was not loosening was not normal. After a bit of back and forth they offered no help except to give me information to contact an audio repair shop in my area and spend more of my own time and money trying to fix this issue. So now I am stuck with a $500 SM7dB that I cannot get the boom arm attachment out of. I even took it to a hardware store and they were unable to remove the boom attachment from the mic. The lack of any meaningful help to provide a solution aside from passing the blame on to Amazon and the Shure Boom arm, which was working just fine before the SM7dB, was really frustrating and disappointing. I was a first time customer and unfortunately it will be my last time shopping from them because of this issue. Most other companies go above and beyond to make it right for the customer but in this case it was a waste of my time and money and I regret not buying the mic from somewhere else that values their customer's experience more. I was excited about this purchase and waited all week for it and it turned into a frustrating headache for me.
