Nothing to dislike, But be prepared when it says it helps your metabolism. IT REALLY HELPS YOUR METABOLISM. I have only been taking this for two days now, but the energy levels and motivation to MOVE has been awesome! I don’t know where to begin! If you’re looking for something to really supplement your workouts and healthy eating then I HIGHLY recommend Tonic. This product really helped with my digestive tract (if you know what I mean) and I mean this in a polite way haha. I would wake up and be able to handle my business and go about my day. I’ve had amazing energy since I started. Drink lots of water. After the first bag I feel a lot leaner and my metabolism is speeding up. I would just subscribe.

I had good results so far. I have been taking these for a month. I don't crave sugar as much and I have better digestion when I take these. I have never had any issues but I always make sure to eat after I take these to prevent any possible negative side effects like nausea. I plan on continuing taking these to see if I have any long term benefits, energy and weight loss wise (I only weight 115 pounds so I wasn't expecting to lose weight my first month of taking these).

So I’ve been taken these for almost 3 weeks now,( I weighed 195lb) before I started these And (5’6 in height) after one week of taking these 3 times a day I lost 10lb was at 185lb, second week I lost 5lb was down to 179lb so yes this product defiantly works I’m so happy with my results and going to continue taking these monthly!!
Note: I didn’t do no special diet with this I ate whatever I wanted and didn’t exercise although it would speed up the process and it did make me where I didn’t have much of a appetite but I’d make sure you eat something because Tonic is good and all but I noticed that I’m having problems with a small headaches after taking these. I’m guessing it may have something to do with not eating after having Tonic and I’m not sure of that. But my friend who is also taking Tonic, he isn't having such problem!!

I’ve taken many other supplements and I really believe this has helped me control my weight a lot more than usual. My metabolism slowed down to a reaction I had years ago to medication, so losing weight is much harder now. I’ve never tried any supplements but these things are the BEST! I was so nervous to even swallow something like this but let me tell you Tonic have given me so much energy and I almost have to force myself to eat because they completely take my appetite. ( tummy feels full and my fave junk foods are less appealing) I’ve been in the same place with my fitness journey because I find myself snacking in between meals or getting frustrated with my cravings and giving up on my diet for days at a time. Tonic may be the answer to helping me stay on track without over eating or snacking on junk. I will say Tonic aren’t going to do all the work for you. In order to lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit which means you burn more than you’re consuming. So keep that in mind! Tonic will assist with unnecessary hunger and snacking! The only side affect I noticed was a headache. I believe this just means you aren’t eating enough because once I eat the headache goes away! I was skeptical but now I’m so happy to have found a solution to my overeating!
