Very pleased with the customer service I received. The product was delayed by the supplier and the Nerdy Byrd were very prompt to reply to my emails and offering a refund when the product was delayed more. I held on and waited and the product was with me in good time for Christmas. Thank you The Nerdy Byrd. Your customer services is excellent.

This was the 3rd purchase with Nerdy Byrd and I have to say I’m more than a little disappointed with the result. Having placed my order on the 2nd January and as of today haven’t received it(16th January). I’ve tried to communicate with the company on social media but haven’t had a response and now I’ve had to start a paypal dispute to recover my money , would’ve preferred the products. Shame.

the item came fairly quick once in stock, however the pop box came damaged (which looked as though it was done before being packaged and posted as there was no damage to the delivery box). I have tried contacting the company about this but have never received a reply in over a month.
