The most delicious tea, love all the flavors.

Still have not recieved a 1lb tea bag from you and it has almost been two months. I have tried several times to contact you guys through your main email and your customer service email and have gotten no response regarding the second tea that I did not recieve. I was sent one email with a refund for one of the teas I didnt recieve but still have yet to hear about the other one. I also tried calling last week with no response. Horrible customer service and lack of care for your customers. We have lost money on tea and not had our sufficient supply of tea for this business. Would like someone to contact me regarding the second unrecieved tea. Have been wary of ordering from you guys ever since.

For the second time in a row, TeaGuys failed to fill my order. They sat on the order for 16 days, then shipped 1/3 of it, cancelling the rest. All without letting me know what was going on. I sent them an email about it six days ago. No response. Very disappointed.

Good tea but took too long to process order and receive.

Tea is always great however some times website order doesn’t always work first time. Also often the tea I want is out of stock

If most of your teas and concentrates hadn't been out of stock for a long while, then perhaps I could have kept it at five stars. This is kind of disappointing. If your teas weren't so delicious, I probably would've changed it to three stars. Once you guys get more in stock, then I can hopefully change this review back to 5 stars?

Tea Guys are WAY better than any Teavana I've ever been too. (Not to say that Teavana isn't good.) It's just that you all aren't overpriced and quality is WAY better. You actually get what you pay for...in a good way! ;) This website is my new frequent tea shop. Thank you.
