Great service and installation highly recommended

In a couple of my houses I had mould growing around the front of the house. I just had new tenants in both properties with a new baby and wanted to ensure a mould free house for both families. I called a couple of companies but found the appointments were very far in the future and then found ‘Stop mould & condensation, who were very prompt and able to get to both properties in a good time frame. They were very professional and explained my problem in a way that has never been explained before. I now understand why I was getting the problems in the houses. They even went further and put extra insulation which was missing in the loft of one of the properties at no extra cost. I had a look at the products that they installed and they are the very best in the industry. The price I paid for installation in both properties is much cheaper then what I have been quoted in the past. I would Highly recommend this company, very professional, reliable and always available to answer your questions. Even after installation the company is happy to answer my queries. Both properties have the work completed and I’m looking forward to the results, both tenants seem to be very happy.

After a number of failed attempts and over priced quotes - I came upon this advert. Called them up and the rest is history, like the mould & condensation. Nick was professional and knew his stuff - no hard sales and he beat all the other quotes hands down. The weather turned cold and suddenly we had mould and condensation on our windows and walls. We had a whole host of inherited problems in our ceiling space due to poorly ventilated bathroom fans being ventilated into our loft space! I met Nick purely by chance at Morrison’s supermarket where he is currently installing ventilation there and asked him to come check out and see if he could find a soloution. Nick quickly found the problem and offered a great soloution to ventilation issues. Within a week, two new bathroom ceiling fans installed to cope with the extraction needed and they are finally doing the job it should do! Had a unit installed and it is wonderful. Tried everything to get rid of mould and damp, cleaning materials de-humidifier and fans. Nothing worked. Got some advice from Nick and he was really informative and helpful even though I wasn't buying anything from him.

This company was quick to respond to my messages. Very polite and easy to deal with. They also have a thorough understanding of the causes and solutions to damp and mould.

My detached Victorian home has solid walls and no cavity. Condensation has caused black mould on the cold walls within the corner cupboard of each bedroom. My clothes smell and my shoes covered in white fungus spots.
Nick suggested a loft mounted twin spigot Mr Venty with one vent into a cupboard and the other onto the upstairs landing. He also suggested replacing the fan in my wet room with a much more powerful Cyclone 7.
The system has only been running for a couple of days, but this morning I woke to a dry bedroom window which previously streamed with condensation.
The downstairs windows were also totally clear too! The powerful Cyclone fan clears all the steam from the wet-room in the short time it takes me to towel dry, preventing all that water vapour escaping into the house when I open the door.
I would be happy to recommend Nick who was knowledgeable, approachable and delivered my system at lower cost than other quotes.

The engineer turned up on time and was very polite , he was clean and tidy and put down dust sheets from the front door , up the stairs and in the bathroom, i would recommend to my friend's because it has now stopped the problem . 10 out of 10 ????

We had mould and condensation problems in our home. We tried to solve the problems ourselves but we couldn't. We had three quotes but chose stop mould and condensation. The engineer who visited our home knew exactly what the problem was and recommended a positive ventilation unit. The engineers were very professional and friendly. We have not had mould or condensation since and would definitely recommend them.
