Fantastic product!

Bought these for my Grandchildren’s birthday in June, to be delivered to their address. It arrived a day later, really speedy service! I pleased my Daughter-in-Law

Haven’t tried it yet, it’s fir my holiday. But can’t wait to use it.

I made a purchase of a snugboy as a gift, the delivery was sent straight to the person I had gifted it to. I had received no tracking or dispatch confirmation for 6 days and contacted the customer service. They said ‘this was sent a while back’ why don’t you go to the local post office and see if it’s there. They said this without checking if Royal Mail has even got the parcel in the deliveries local depot, let alone if delivery was attempted and failed but left in the local post office. When I asked them to check this the customer service had no idea how to do it, I had to give them instruction on how to look at their own shipping manifests. They said they would let me know in a couple of days, the email I received after waiting was along the lines of ‘hi did you receive the parcel’, evidence that they had not bothered to check. As this was being sent as a gift that is all I needed to know, that delivery had been made. I am lucky enough that on this occasion Royal Mail had delivered fine and that the incompetence was only with SnugBoy customer service being unable to check on the status of their own products. I would dread to think the outcome of those customers who ask to have their orders checked upon when deliveries have failed and the customers require replacement orders. I won’t ever be ordering from you again. It’s such a shame because the product is good.

Taking my new SnugBoy on holiday next month so haven’t unpacked it. Quality looks good so shall look forward to using it.

Great product. One of our purchases was defective, no quibble, they refunded our money without question. I then bought two more of the this product. Great customer service, and much appreciated on these warm summer days with a g&t in hand.

This is a great invention and the chair is comfy once its put up. However, it is very difficult to get enought air into the chair. There are also no instructions or "useful tips" which would have been benefical. I am also aware there are replicate companies that sell the same chair for half the price so i was surprised when this chair didnt come with extras eg. a kit to patch up any holes.
