I really enjoyed my skydive and the staff was very nice but I was weathered out twice and had to reschedule. I understand that you can't control the weather but it made the experience a little frustrating. Customer service was good, however, and it wasn't too big of a deal but I can't give the experience 5 stars. Hopefully next time I have better luck.
