Fast shipping. Purchased the Smanos K1 system and have used it for a month now with no issues. Rarely I am completely satisfied with a product (especially tech) but this system has been very well thought out which made it easy to assemble and customise. It's all in the details, and you can tell the manufacturers have done their homework and quality checks. If you want a simple, high quality home alarm system that is affordable.......Smanos K1 won't dissappoint. Well Done!
Just one suggestion for users.......don't install using the adhesive, take the time to screw them in so they won't fall off and cause a false alarm.

I bought the new version of Chuango Control Panel to replace the old outdated control panel. I managed to connect all door/ window sensors and PIR's except the outdoor strobe. I called their Free Tech Support to get help. In just a moment after I explained the issue, they provided the solution and the outdoor strobe is connected to the new control panel. I am really glad I bought from a company which provide after-sales service support. I highly recommend Security Alarm Services if you are looking DIY Home Security Alarm

Easy set up and works as expected. Love being able to use my phone to arm and disarm it and the app has all the details I need. It’s been a month and the batteries are still at 100% so I hope they last somewhere around 12 to 24 months. Great buy.

Had a problem with my outdoor siren. Call up the customer service, guide me step by step on what to do with it and finally found what the problem was. Offer options of solutions, and I ended buying a replacement over the phone, because its over the warranty period. It arrived a couple days after. They patiently guide me through with troubleshooting, even just a few minutes before their closing time. Great customer service.
