missing DVDs on order, communicated missing DVDs and offered choices but then no follow up to confirm, then DVDs taken off site and still missing (seems like site inventory is not regularly maintained)

the DVDs likely drive site traffic and prices are OK but not the best. Toy prices are average but often find better. No easy way to see front and back of DVDs
