They play/sound so good but somehow I can't get both headphones to play at the same time it's either the left ear or right ear that plays? What am I doing arong that they won't connect??

Love the product. Fits perfect in my ear. Only thing is when listening to music. The ear buds cut in out also my music cuts in & out & I'm listening to music through amazon. Don't know if there's a problem with the ear buds but I'm pretty sure they are not suppose to do that..

I was looking for wireless earbuds for a Christmas gift for my fiance. When I first saw how nice they look and read the reviews, I took a chance and ordered two pair, needless to say we were ecstatic when they arrived and how well the quality and battery life was, not to mention the nice accessories. Ive had my E50 earbuds now for over a month. Sound is great, bass is average which works for me. Volume is average.Talking not so great. People say I sound as though Im talking through a pipe. Connecting to my iPhoneX is a hit or miss. Sometimes both connect with one tough to my right bud other times I need to touch both buds to connect. Fitting the right gel cap takes some ingenuity but I figured out a technique. The nice thing, no wires to get in the way and they stay in my ears even when working out at the gym.

The only problem I had was with mine when I had the left ear in the charger I couldnt connect the right ear. Everything else was amazing I totally recommend this product.

I love the design of these earbuds - they actually stay in your ears. I've never found a par of earbuds of any kind that ever stayed put, so that alone was a key selling point for me. As an added bonus - the sound is great. Comfortable and great sound - 5 stars!

Great sound, decent battery life. Sometimes the pairing disconnects when not in use for a while. They honestly hurt my ears though and I'm using the smaller size, I was thinking of returning it, but I'll stick with it. All in all they're pretty decent.
