Listen, if I’m paying $80 for a hair extension I should not have to restyle it once it arrives. The Poppy is unwearable as it is - there’s a huge loop at the top that shows even when I wrap a natural braid around it as per the instructions (and I have long hair). I had to rebraid it without the loop and as a result the kinks are in different places and the braid doesn’t lay as flat. This is a simple problem to solve in manufacturing and they didn’t address it because they’re too busy spending money on instagram ads. Again, if I’m paying $80 for a braid I shouldn’t have to braid it myself.

Way to long for me. Ordered it because i thought returning would be easy if i needed to. I didn't know you cant take it out of package( well how do you know if you like it if you dont try it) so now i have hair that i cant wear or get my money back.

The blonde was very yellow Nothint I would want to leave the salon looking like. I was originally thinking if the tone wasn’t matching my blonde I would perhaps just tone my hair but at $90 price point I’m stunned at how cheap and yellow the blonde piece looked. I could never wear it in public. I was very very sad. I’m sure the ease of using that wire would outweigh the ugly color but I just really would cry if the stylist made my blonde look like that and I can’t voluntarily go in the world with that color.

The pony tail is glossy and pretty. I am upset that I paid full price for something that went on sale on your site immediately after, and doesnt appear half as thick as the pony tail in the video. I am disappointed.
