Our office (prosthodontics dental office) has had nothing but a 5-star experience using Poynt in the time that we've been using it (about 2 years), and our rep Kevin L. is the Best ever! - dedicated to 100% satisfaction of the customer. The Poynt terminal is very easy to use for both the staff and the consumer. We love how the website shows detailed descriptions of every transaction, making it easy for us to locate a specific patient's payment for any date. It was also easy to customize the receipts with our office information. We can even e-mail receipts to our patients directly from the terminal at the time of sale! Poynt support team is always friendly and professional whenever we call for assistance, and always ensures that the issue is solved quickly with very minimum downtime. Definitely a wonderful team!

The terminal itself is very easy to set up and use although Kevin, our representative, called and walked us through the basics of entry. The whole Poynt cloud system is perfect for keeping track of daily transactions, even allowing entry of cash and checks in addition to credit cards which really helps keep the money straight. Further, the phone app is a handy emergency terminal that can accept manually entered cards in the event of a failure by the terminal itself. Fortunately, that hasn't happened and I hope it never does!
