I ordered a Medium Ponycycle unicorn from Peazz in January 2020. It was to be a gift for my granddaughter’s birthday. It travelled back and forth from their facility to Canada numerous times and was stopped at customs due to missing documentation. After more than 50 emails, being asked numerous times to be patient, I asked for a refund and was again asked to be patient. Unable to get a refund because too much time had passed since the original purchase, I finally settled for a less expensive replacement, a small poney, which arrived in August, more than 8 months later. I lost a lot of time, and money.
I did purchase another unicorn from Amazon, and received it a few days after the order... while I was still waiting, and being exceedingly patient, for an answer from Peazz.
Both grandchildren love their unicorn and poney, which made the ordeal worthwhile in the end.
