OBK has an incredible inventory. I needed to hookup a keg from Belgium and the customer service team was over and above the top helpful! I was directed to the correct coupler I needed to tap this keg, and even got low profile adapters as I had very limited space in my cabinet. You all rock! Great prices. Excellent service. I bought six used kegs from them. Two were not pressured up. I asked them for a few rebuild kits. A few hours after I sent them an email they replied that two fully reconditioned kegs are on the way. No charge. I will be a customer for a long time!!

Had a KAB4 burner show up with poor manufacturing. Took a couple pictures and emailed them Friday evening. Monday morning I woke up to an email (Alberta) saying a new burner was on the way and had a shipping label in my inbox.
