We had the full service - packing, moving and unpacking as we were moving my 84 yr old mum from the family home to her new apartment. The teams were great. Everyone was careful, friendly and polite. They understood that mum was a bit stressed and they were lovely, they treated my mum as if she were their own mum. We have used Nuss before and would recommend them.

We were quite impressed with the service we received from start to end. All staff involved with our move were always polite and helpful. Our move was a bit of a challenge on the day as there were other removalists needing to use the same lift which would slow our uplift but Bill came over and organised for another staff member to come over to keep the uplift flowing so we wouldn't be delayed. I would definitely recommend to others on the experience we had.
