One time a piece of the necklace went missing and I received more than one alternatives I could try so I can continue to enjoy wearing it.
The other time the package went missing during the international delivery and the team kindly offered credit to purchase another item wow though it was not their fault. We agreed that we’d always use delivery with tracking since then.
