We bought a Norwood HD38 sawmill with a 4-foot extension and the hydraulic package. When assembling the mill we ran into quite a few issues that the instructions did not cover. Tracey and Geoffrey in customer service (Canada) was so helpful and patient in over coming our problems. Trevor, their master sawyer, was also very helpful in fixing our small constructive issues. So impressed with the customer service side! Only issue is with the manuals and instructions because they are confusing and are only for a general mill.
