I love the Norse products but their customer service has disappeared completely. Ordered a bar of shaving soap over 5 weeks ago - nothing received. Sent two emails and then filled out an online form - no-on has got back to me. Almost feels like they have gone into administration?

I would like to rate this purchase higher as the product is good and it arrived quite promptly, however, it was largely a matter of luck that I received it at all.
Despite the fact that the only delivery option was to pay £4.50 for, so called, recorded delivery, it was dumped on a neighbour's doorstep in pouring rain with nothing to tell me where it was. It was fortunate that the neighbour discovered it and guessed it might be for me.
This is not acceptable at any time and certainly not when I have paid that amount to have it delivered properly and securely.
