Purchased a bush grille, got only part of the order, still waiting on the rest of it. They don't return emails and don't answer the phone.

Truck point is a SCAM Ordered a Borla 140705 exhaust for my car they were by far the cheapest on line.
Paid in full via PayPal Jan 9, 2023 , email confirming my order on the 10th sent me a email saying it was back ordered for 4 weeks on the 11th and they would have to cancel my order. I told them i would wait no problem because they were so much cheaper then any of the competitors.
Got zero response still waiting for my money to be credited to my pay pal and have not heard a word back. In the meantime while waiting I called Borla and ask about lead times and they informed that there is no back order on the part 140705 and that it could ship within 7 days. Borla ask what distributor I bought it from so they could resolve the issue for me. I was informed that Truck Point is not an authorized distributor and that they DO NOT buy Borla direct and that they miss priced the product too low and this is why they lied about the back order thus having to cancel my order.
It’s fine to cancel the order but I am still waiting for my money to be released from PayPal
Make sure truck point is an authorized distributor of whatever you are going to buy or they will hold on to your money for weeks.
