There was a general lack of information surrounding the product and which version of the mattress would be most appropriate for me. It resulted in buying both the Molecule 1 and 2, only to determine that the Molecule 2 was extremely firm in comparison. Having known this information, it would have saved us all time and money.

I don't think I had hit REM sleep for several months. My body hurt when I woke up each morning and I was groggy. Since buying this mattress topper, I have been having deep, refreshing sleep cycles and my soreness is g o n e. Worth every penny...so far!

It’s nicely designed and it is definitely comfortable. However, 2-3 weeks in and I’m already noticing how it’s compressing in the areas where we sleep. I’m not happy to look at two depressions in the bed. I’m on the fence as to whether to return it or not. I would have thought it would eventually compress but not as fast as it is already.

Really slow to ship. Had to email and inquire several times when it would be fulfilled. My order arrived and they sent the wrong size ;/ super disappointed as it was a Christmas present. We opened it as there is no indication of size on the package or rolled up topper. They let us keep the topper because it's impossible for a layperson to get it back in the box to send back. We don't own a bed the size they sent us so now it's my pain in the a** to figure out what to do with this thing. They sent us the size I ordered which took another 10 days... The topper is comfortable but does not fit the mattress super great. Its a bit too short on width and too long on length. I'm not sure there is a big difference in this topper and the ones you can get at Target and Walmart. I could have spent half the money with 100% less wait and pain in the a**
