Excellent customer service, very fast and helpful. I haven't received my order yet but I trust that it will be awesome.

I ordered some socks as a gift. Paying £5.99 for delivery and I am still waiting for delivery. I have contacted them twice and still not received a response. Very disappointing.

The delivery period was more than one month. The scarf smells very strong to some chemical and the smell does not go away when washed. But the price is good and the material seems to be good quality too.

The product was lovely, lightweight, lovely colour, very warm angora woollen shawl. My mother in her old age really appreciated it and was very happy with the warmth in cold winter. The staff went out of their way and went that extra mile for good customer service. I gave the staff much trouble getting the delivery address in India right and validated at the post office. But they did show good customer care.
