Disappointing…
I recently had a disappointing experience with Make My Blinds, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I placed an order for blinds with specific dimensions, expecting a seamless process and high-quality product. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations.

Upon receiving the blinds, I immediately noticed a substantial gap between the blinds and the wall, rendering them practically useless in terms of privacy. Despite my efforts to address this issue with the customer support team and providing clear photographic evidence of the problem, the response received was unsatisfactory.

The customer service representative acknowledged a deduction made for the 'Recess' sizing option, despite my order being placed with the 'Exact' sizing option. This miscommunication led to a significant deviation from the specified width of 39.5cm, causing a noticeable gap on either side of the blinds. The lack of attention to this crucial detail and failure to acknowledge the evidence provided is disheartening.

My attempts to seek a resolution have been met with inadequate responses, leaving me with blinds that not only fail to meet my original specifications but also compromise the privacy of my living space.

Overall, this experience has been characterized by poor communication, a lack of attention to detail, and an unsatisfactory resolution process. I expected a higher level of customer service and product quality from Make My Blinds, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my recent experience.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for potential customers and prompts Make My Blinds to improve their communication and quality control processes.

I ordered a faux wood blind in Gravity, with mist 50mm tapes for my diningroom, having never ordered this type of product via online - and am delighted with finished blind - pre-ordering customer service excellent, the samples of blind/tape made me confident in my choice and the blind fits in a recess of just over 2 metres perfectly. The quality of the product is fantastic and I am about to order another 2 blinds for bedrooms. If it wasn't for the 3 metre width of my livingroom window which is outwith sizing available, I would have one there too!

The blind is well made and easy to fit. unfortunately we should have ordered it after the kitchen was remodelled as we miscalculated the depth of tile on th window ledge. Th blind unfortunately now hangs a little crooked and we do not get the proper effect.
