Ordered the Richmond extra long adjustable bed. The bed arrived with the wrong base and as a consequence the bed collapsed on us. The fitters did not know what to do. The base was damaged. They did sort out a new base and surround for us. They mentioned compensation but we have not heard anything from them

As I suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) it would normally be difficult to find a suitable sleep position throughout the night. With my new bed, I can not only easily find the comfortable position to fall asleep, but also adjust it through the night with very little conscious effort.
