I ordered a Layzac but it never came in.
To make contact was very difficult because their site was gone and after several atemps they told me the company stopped. And I got a refund.

I received the layzac but when I tried it out it slowly deflated and within half an hour it was as flat as a coin. I noticed several little holes in the fabric but it is hardly impossible to find the hole(s) in the plastic underneath. Very disappointing!

Not impressed at all. I contacted the company two weeks after my order was placed only to be told that they had not placed it........ I re-ordered, and was then contacted to say that my colour chosen was not in stock and they only had purple. I told them to go ahead with the order. Almost a week later I received a text to say that my delivery was at a pick-up point some half a mile from my house. I was a little annoyed as I expected delivery to my address. Only half of my order was delivered, so I had to contact them again, and they said they would look into it. A day later, my final package was delivered, but again I had to walk to the pick-up point. I will not use this company again.

het is niet eens 1 ster waard... product is niet geleverd en geld is niet terug. Lijkt me dat ik hier opgelicht ben

Helaas geen 5 sterren,had 2 stuks besteld kreeg er maar 1 geleverd.
Kreeg wel heel snel mijn geld retour

Ze vragen mij om een review, terwijl ik maar 1 van de bestelde 2 heb ontvangen. Ik wacht nu al ruim 3 weken en nog steeds niets! Op mail wordt niet gereageerd!
Dus mensen pas op en trap er niet in zoals ik!

The tab broke off where the fastener is - rendering it useless unless i get my needle and cotton out. My sister has a LAMZAC and it is brilliant _ no plastic bag which makes the Laybag a sweaty experience. I asked to be able to return it and no response, even my dog is unimpressed and has chewed the flimsy bag it comes in.

Very bad services, spanning all the time, after ordering no product delivered, website gone, suspicious company

I only used it two weeks after receiving the package, but it seems almost impossible to fill the layzac and I think it has a leak....
