I used king and Wilson to ship my bedroom suite from Canberra to Auckland, I would highly recommend these guys, from dismantling and packing these guys took the upmost care, along with there communication, I couldn't be happier with the stress free service they provided.

We recently used King and Wilson to deliver our shipment from overseas. The delivery men were excellent, very professional, patient, courteous and careful with our goods. We would definitively use them again.

King & Wilson took over my shipment from Anglo-Pacific (UK to Australia). I was contacted by their representative weeks before the shipment arrived in Sydney. Contact was excellent and I unsually received replies to my emails within minutes. The delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. Would absolutely use them again.

King and Wilson were exceptionally helpful in helping me relocate during a stressful time. There staff were able to answer all my questions as it was a new experience for me. I would like to say thanks again for all their assistance.

We shifted 4 cartons only to New Zealand as part of setting up a second home there. We were extremely pleased with King & Wilson (Kathleen/Jessel) with respect to their understanding of our needs, the quote was fully appropriate, the paperwork worked fine, pick up of our goods was excellent as was shipment to Auckland - all as we had been informed. So to that aspect - fully happy with King & Wilson.

However, the NZ part where King & Wilsons appointed agents to handle our shipment - Transworld - was far less satisfactory, actually was unacceptable. Transworld managed the receipt of the container (in which we had just 4 cartons) and customs clearance extremely well, but after that their performance was poor. Despite several communications from us, the goods remained in their premises in Auckland for almost 3 weeks because they "didn't have enough freight to fill a truck to go to Wellington" as our place is near Wellington. This despite Auckland-Wellington being the primary freight route to lower North Island and the South Island. This resulted in our goods not arriving anything like the timetable expected and certainly not there when we took ownership of the property, and not there when we returned to Australia. They have been delivered since but will remain unopened and unchecked until we return to our NZ house in 3 weeks time.

Overall therefore we rate King & Wilson extremely highly for their part - but the overall experience as at best average due to the non-performance of their appointed NZ agents. I would use King & Wilson again without hesitation EXCEPT if Transworld is involved at the other end.

I recently moved from Brisbane to Sydney - to an island only accessible by boat. A daunting undertaking to say the very least! After a couple of less than satisfactory false starts with other removalists, I contacted King & Wilson. From that day on I felt in safe hands. The move, from pick up to drop off, went without a hitch. The guys - at both ends - turned up exactly when they were supposed to and treated my furniture with respect. Thanks a million King &Wilson!

I recently made the move from Melbourne back to Wales UK. King and Wilson were extremely professional from start to finish.
The quote was speedy and very reasonable, boxes delivered with ample wrapping materials, as I packed myself.
When the final tally came which was slightly less than the quote a refund for the difference was credited to my account quickly.
All throughout the shipments journey I was kept informed and the transport company this end were brilliant and good with communication.
Nothing was broken so full marks all round. Thanks to all.

The guys did a great job with the organ. They risked life and limb - it was so big and heavy - and there was some difficulty getting it through the doorway, but they did it calmly and efficiently.

All the guys involved in our move were terrific. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing. They arrived earlier than the expected time on both occasions. Very courteous and respectful of us and our stuff (and they didn't mind being watched by 2 puppy dogs who clearly wanted to help out!).
