Excellent experience with good communication about what was planned through out and then everything went to the plan without any fuss. I was told when my belongings would be delivered, the driver confirmed this and made requests about parking which made sense. He turned up on time with a call 10 minutes in advance. He was incredibly helpful diligent and friendly. All round a great experience. I would highly recommend using King and Wilson and would use them again

I had 19 boxes shipped from the UK to Melbourne, King and Wilson took hold of the delivery in Melbourne. They kept me well informed throughout the process and when there were some questions from quarantine my advisor was extremely helpful, reassured me and gave advice on how to complete the forms that were needed. They provided me with a log in so I could see what was happening with the process and my advisor kept me updates through calls and e mails. Once cleared the boxes were delivered to my home. King and Wilson helped make moving my belongings to Australia a pleasant, easy experience and I would recommend them to others.

King & Wilson delivered a truly 5-star service in assisting with the last stage of our international move, from USA to Australia. We received an early and ongoing communications about the status of the shipment, a simple and easy online tool to prepare the documentation for Australian Customs and Quarantine, resulting in a very smooth and fast clearance process. The team reached out to us to coordinate the delivery time to our residence, giving us options to fit our schedule. Perhaps most important, the delivery crew were professionals of the highest caliber - extremely careful with unloading and bringing into the house all 110 boxes and packages, many of which were large and heavy and could have easily scratched the walls or other surfaces in the house. In addition to handling our belongings with great care, the crew were courteous, polite, friendly and just very easy to deal with. We could not have asked for any improvement in any aspect of the entire King & Wilson service! We recommend King & Wilson to assist with any move related services without any reservations.

The team from King and Wilson did a great job with our packing and moving. Even though we had a lot more than even we realised, they packed everything well, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very friendly. The unpacking at our new address was just as impressive and efficient, and should I ever need to hire someone for a move in future, I wouldn't hesitate to call on K&W again.

I recently chose King & Wilson to move both my contents and car from Canberra to Darwin. The car was transported from Brisbane (where I visited with family and friends en route to Darwin). I had three quotes to choose from and found King & Wilson the most competitive. The friendly and informative salesman who came to my house made a great first impression. I was then fortunate enough in being teamed up with Jessica Hawkins (sales consultant) and Emily Petherbridge both of whom were professional, always friendly and responded to my email queries or telephone queries (especially when I left a message for either of them) quickly. At different stages of the move Emily always followed up to ensure each stage went smoothly. They helped make the move seamless and stress free. Thank you Emily and Jessica. I will definitely use King & Wilson for any future moves I may have and have no hesitation in recommending King & Wilson to family and friends.

I've used King and Wilson in the past for local and interstate moves and they have always been tremendous.
This however was my first international relocation so I had some concerns, but as with all my previous moves, once again they did a fantastic job. From initial contact dealing with management and the sales team all the way through to uplift and then delivery to my home in northern Thailand they performed with the upmost professionalism and respect for my belongings.
I would highly recommend King and Wilson to anyone needing to move to any location around the globe.

I wasn't initially pleased or thrilled with the Moving Coordinator who handled my shipment. I'm in Freight Forwarding and have been in Logistics since 2002, so I have a fair idea of how movements and communication regarding movements work. This did not occur and I was highly brassed off with the lack of communication I was getting. It took a SALES MANAGER to get movement on my query and he flawlessly handled my shipment, going as far as calling me himself to update me. That's all I wanted, communication and updates and answers to my emails. I'm not a mind reader, I'm a paying customer who just wants to know what's going on.

From the word "go" everything was clear, pleasant, efficient and organised. I cannot speak highly enough of the delivery end of things; at every step of the way the cargo agent was professional and pleasant, all the way down to the delivery crew who dropped the boxes off. Thank you indeed!

I highly recommend using king and Wilson our move from the U.K. Was made hassle free this side of the world in Melbourne using king and Wilson . We received regular updates on the status of our shipment by friendly helpful staff and on the day of delivery our shipment was delivered on time very efficiently and professionally by the friendly team , nothing was too much trouble our goods were unpacked and furniture put in the specified rooms and put together , could not fault the service we received would definitely use king and Wilson for any future moves !

I have been again impressed by the professional and friendly approach of both the team that picked up my belongings from Hawthorn East and those delivered it in Lane Cove. Kylie took personal interest to ensure our shipment was properly attended to from Bills of Lading to Customs forms and leasing with the Stateside agents.

The packing and removals crew provided exceptional care to the packing process and were efficient, careful and detail focussed. When our belongings arrived here in Texas, there were NO damages and it was evident this was due to the superior packing done by the team in Sydney. All the boxes showed minimal scuffing on the box exterior, which illustrates to me the care in handling our shipment. The inventory was accurate and was easy to use while unloading the container. The thermal lining was completely intact and did a great job of keeping the contents in temperate range. In the 10 days the container was on the ground prior to delivery, the daily temperatures were over 36 degrees, yet, on the day of delivery, the container was 26 degrees inside. This extra step provided your wine collection to arrive within acceptable temperature range.

Well done to all. Every day we enjoy our hoe will be in some part due to the efforts of the team in Sydney which started this journey.
