Absolutely phenomenal service. Very much appreciate the excellent Packers. If you are lucky, you will get Corey, the team leader for our packing in Sydney, heading to Singapore. Just 3 men for a 20-foot container, and what professionalism and efficiency was shown by the team. The initial Sales contact was very pleasant too and it was definitely him (Michael) who sealed the deal for us against 2 other top names in the business. First time in our 12 times of major International Moves that I had no regrets at all. Now I really hope that LINKS, their moving company partner here in Singapore, will do an excellent job in the delivery and unpacking services. Fingers crossed... If only they had their own company here as well... :(

My experience with all the team from King and Wilson was fantastic, polite and efficient. There was a degree of patience shown when I didn’t quite understand the customs procedure and finally when the consignment arrived the team were wonderful, tidy and thoughtful. We used K&W for a move from Sydney to Singapore. We really liked the service offered and the price point for K&W. The crew that helped us pack in Sydney and the partner crew (Links Moving) that helped unpack in Singapore were both super efficient and careful. The best part of the service was our moving coordinator. She was excellent and very responsive to emails which made the move relatively stress free for us despite having to shift our shipping dates.

My King & Wilson rep was faultlessly helpful in answering my (many!) questions, helping me understand the process and ensuring I felt confident throughout. A really first class service!

I recently moved a full, 5 bedroom house from Canberra to Newcastle with King and Wilson. This was a very scary task and I was very worried about the move ... but the team and King and Wilson were wonderful, even with very small and unusual requests. We had a couple of minor issues with the move but King and Wilson quickly responded and resolved as best could be expected.
I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Wonderful responsive service from the first phone call. The customer service manager provided for such a good experience and all the internal handovers were fine as we progressed with the move.
The best part was the work of the revivalists on the day with their attitude and excellent wrapping work. We have unpacked all our shipped goods from Australia to NL and everything has made it perfectly. The wrapping that was done by the two guys on the day of pickup was simply amazing and so effective.
The only disappointment was due to the way I got to find out about the insurance period lapsing within 3 days of delivery. I was told about it 5 days after the fact and that made it hard due to the fact I moved stuff into storage until my new home was available. In credit though, the customer service manager extended the period for me to allow me to inspect the goods at the storage facility.

These guys are incredible. They were calm, careful, cheerful and very professional as well as on time. We moved three containers of house and business office interstate. The move include antique furniture, computers and a huge number of cartons. If you value your belongings this company is excellent value. If we have move again (hope not), we will definitely use them.
