ordered 2 data leads for my HTC 10 as advertised by hyperdirect, the leads promptly arrived, but they were the wrong leads, i mailed to have this corrected and were told that the leads i was sent were the htc leads, i then pointed out that they were not the correct leads as HTC has changed to type C leads and not the micro usb that were sent to me, i then had a reply saying i could buy the LG leads from them, and to get a refund i would have to send the wrong leads back to them.well sorry i do not trust them to refund, as they do not even know what they are advertising and selling, so i am going to bin the leads and buy from a company that actually knows what it is selling is correct.Hyperdirect is a shambles

Poor service and misleading customersI recently purchased a battery for my Samsung galaxy note, having read reviews that hyper direct were a good service to use and specifically when researching the product, I looked for a next day guaranteed service.So I placed my order just after 345pm and selected next day guaranteed and paid 6.99 for the privilege. I checked whether there were any cut off restrictions but it highlighted that this was guaranteed the next working day and there were no such restrictions. It only referred to a cut off of 3pm within the standard delivery charges and that if you ordered after that time you should t to count the working days after the next day. Specifically the timings did not relate to guaranteed next day.I never received the package, in fact I still haven't as I ordered it Monday and it was attempted to be delivered Wednesday afternoon when I was out so I need to now collect it from a depot!I sent an email to their customer services team and was spoken to quite abruptly, they had no desire to help and informed me that they do put it on their website and that they expect for customers to continually be updated throughout the ordering service. Not courteous apology, not even a hint of good customer service and a very disengaged employee who clearly didn't care about it at all.I'll never order from them again and when I eventually receive the product I'll be requesting a refund.
