This is a very cool service. What sets HVL apart from most is the low barrier to entry. They help you set up your Facebook and adword ads. Erick is super helpful and there is a lot of potential here to add sellers to your CRM. Like anything it takes work. Any partial leads I use thatsthem.com to get the rest of their info. I have received approximately 50 leads in 1 month. 2 I have met in person and are considering in the future. But like anything it will require follow up. I know one day I could get that seller that wants to sell this week but realistically I know to stay and touch and turn the leads into sellers 6+ months from now. Make sure you take your HVL leads and put them into your secondary CRM. HVL is a very refreshing way to get seller leads. The reason I received so many so quickly is because people are not really use to being solicited through Facebook. I will continue to use this great service.

After hitting a road block with my own ad I tried Home Value Leads and have been blown away... With leads lol. First off they are very helpful and respond quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and when followed the leads come. I would say 3 out of 10 give all info... The rest are either just emails or addresses. I received 65 leads in less than a month. With proper follow up which includes mailing and showing up at those partial leads doors I'm expecting to get 3/100 as listings. I'll keep y'all posted!

Several incomplete leads & some complete. All complete leads were either just sold or curious owners. So far none of them is serious. Will keep on posting my ads till I find a serious seller
