I just started with Herolocity; we have had a good experience so far. It’s taking their team a bit of time to adjust to middle-east standards of marketing, but they are pushing through after we provide feedback very well. We serve both the US and middle east and while marketing services are cheaper over here, the lack of quality control is terrible and they use black hat methods with SEO even when they say they don’t so it’s easier to train a US company to middle east standards than to have our own perform the work.

I have had good times with this company and unfortunately bad times with this company. Let’s start with the good – they’re marketing works – really really well. They do take the time to get down and dirty in personalizing the marketing to your services. The bad really revolves around the marketing meetings. We need to make them more productive week over week. We have meeting every single week but they are nearly always the same with not much change in performance updates. You should maybe consider having monthly meetings rather than weekly meetings but atleast make it more productive! I’m really sure that I’m note the first to say this.

I have had a good experience with this company. We hired "SEOGuyz" before Herolocity and they did absolutley nothing! We waited for nearly four months for any sign of search engine rankings but beyond page seven, we were no where to be found. When we contacted Herolocity they explained that our prior company was using very low level links to point to our website and they walked us through the entire proccess in helping us understand what went wrong. They were nice enough to even provide proof so that we could fight our way through getting our money back. We started our services with Herolocity and our search engine rankings picked up to page two and three after a month and we are slowly progressing towards page one. I would recommend this company not only because they helped me with my business search results but because they were kind and understanding throughout my hestitation of starting with them because of what I went through.

Thankfully we are really happy that we partnered with Herolocity. They introduced a new concept of marketing to our business which has outperformed our previous solution. The results are continuous and very clear. Our bounce rates have significantly decreased, conversions have increased and the engagement we have on social media has really helped our brand appear more reputable. Not to mention, our paid advertising spend has significantly decreased over time. Even though we still do paid advertising as there are still opportunities which we can harness, the marketing that Herolocity performs still outperforms it in terms of cost per conversion overall.
Service wise, they pay attention, adapt quickly and keep in touch with us consistently. We have access to detailed real-time reporting and no longer have to look through spreadsheets. We meet once a month to go through goals which we've met and goals which we need to work on.
On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them a 15 based on the experience I have had with other marketing companies in the past.

As an entrepreneur, I can't do it all nor do I have the know-how of making it all happen. Aaron at Herolocity has been amazing and he has really helped me dial in marketing for my business and we are really lucky to have him run our SEO and social media.
