The process was pretty quick (~30 minutes) and smooth and easy to follow. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service. You need to write some info about your medical background (re your medical need for cannabis) and about the specific issue(s) which are forward to the Dr, and you then send in a scan or picture of your id, upload a photo for the card, and pay. You then install a very small program to your device for the video chat (zoom.us) which I then immediately uninstalled. I did this appointment on my Mac, but i believe you can also use phones and tablets. The doctor Dr was friendly but professional, and spoke to me for about 10 minutes, clarifying her understanding of the reasons I had given for needing MM, and then wrote the recommendation and said goodbye. I received the email copy almost instantly, and received the letter and card about 3 days later (I live in the bay area and believe helloMD is based in Oakland. )

I usually drive 45 minutes to get to the closest Dr. who prescribes medical marijuana cards. HelloMD allowed me to "visit" a Dr. through face chat after filling out the standard application, submitting head shot for card, and drivers license. I paid online, received my temporary card to print out and my new card will be mailed in a few days. Easy Peasy. Will recommend to all I know.

I wrote a review before and somehow it got deleted so if this posts twice then... forgive me. I had a pleasant experience with the doctor, particularly because they referred to me by my preferred name as specified in my description of my condition. This brings me to the crux of my problem with your application process, which seems to be a purely technological one. The application does not differentiate between assigned sex and gender. I am transgender, so all of my legal documents list my assigned sex. The lack of options forced me to label myself as the wrong gender, and to fix that I had to mention my actual gender, pronouns, and preferred name in a field that was not intended for that purpose. All ya'll need to do is make some minor changes to your application that would allow people to select assigned sex and gender as separate responses and include a field for preferred name. I know it seems like all I am doing is complaining, but I truly did appreciate the quality of the services I received. I just have a goal to make things more inclusive and comfortable for all patients in the future :)

His house was a mess in the back ground, kids screaming in the back ground, i could not even understand the damn questions. It added to my stress. Finally we got through the torturing conference. Days later Crying Ryan from Hell MD. E-mailed me, and said because of my anger & complaints twards their negligence & behavior, they are gonna turn off my cannabis card. ( Cold Cancel It) My response was " Booo Whooo, please Mr.mann, please dont pull the plug on me. I is sooo sorry for expressing yo fraud and yo contempt towards me. Eyezz so sorry, crying Ryan & Bart Fart; For yall treating me as ah dope feen. Instead of ah cannabis patient. I report yall to Better Business Bureau, OK?? And i take yo punk assets to court and get my 7500 for Emotional Stress, Breach of Contract, And for Malpractice. Thank you everyone for reading this. I hope this doesn't upset you. I promise you I was not trusting at first, but everything was very professional and made my first time experience the best and I will be coming back.??????

Worst experience of my life Doctor refused to listen kept saying I was calling for insomnia when I wasn't. Dr. Richard Kim does not care to actually listen and comprehend what you are saying. He totally disregards what you have to say and makes up his own tall tale. I would never recommend this service to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL.

The process is well organized, and takes just a few minutes. I was renewing my card for another year, and the physician I spoke with gave me some interesting insight about the use of CBD. HIghly recommended.
