Great site for those interested in helicopters. Helidirect is the go to site for kits and parts. What can you say about a company that offers helicopter parts for $0 other than great. They promote some great sales and are prompt in shipping your order.

Purchased an Align Trex 470lt super combo kit and received the item at my door a couple days later then made a second purchase that will also be here in 2 days. The customer service is second to none, I had some concerns so I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and took care of my concerns. I will be shopping here for all of my help needs.

Very happy with the heli. The only thing is that, the combo kit stated it would come with a Quantum motor but came with a scorpion. Would had like the Quantum instead.

I've gotten into the hobby of FPV quadcopters about a year ago now. Had a terrible time at first ordering garbage from Banggood, received no customer service and waited forever for shipping. I have grown incredibly in this year of experience and really diving into the community online and in person. I support my hobbbies fairly well, budget $100-200 a month, and I order just about everything I can from Helidirect. I recently built an Armattan Chameleon with DYS aria ESC from Helidirect and when 3 of them failed in a week your customer support gave me a refund and I purchased other parts from you immediately.
The one sore spot I did hit recently was when I called, got ahold of sales department, to check on a preorder item that hadn't shipped for a longer than expected amount of time. They gave great service and offered that they would include a SWAG item(hat, lanyard, stickers) to make up for the delay. I never received anything extra, I've even inquired via phone a few times when placing more orders since.
I would like to help promote your business because I live in MA and actively connect with FPV hobbyist, many who don't know about you! You provide thee FASTEST shipping of major U.S. fpv retailers because you are so close.
In closing I would love to hear back about acquiring some Helidirect branded merchandise, and about any possible affiliate/representative opportunities in the future.

I think that their combination of selection, availability, price and shipping options makes HeliDirect one of the best suppliers out there.

Your prices are great, shipping is quick but the site needs some work. I use the iOS app, however it takes me to another area for the sales. When I add sale items to the inbox, it does not show in the app. The app refresh rate when you add or take items off the cart or favorites is super slow. Sometimes you have to refresh multiple times. Viewing items and navigating the site is good however. Making purchases also can be a hassle in the iOS app. When you hit purchase it takes a long time and again sometimes it times out. The online experience is a little better for purchases.

Help direct is my go to place for quadcopter/fpv gear. Prices are always great and shipping is super quick!
