Delivered Sept 17 2021. In January 2022 I emailed that the bed was very uncomfortable and was sloped to each side from the middle. We are sleeping on an incline.
No reply was ever sent back to my inquiry. So i missed my 120 night guarantee. We are still on a very uncomfortable mattress with back pain every morning.
My sister also bought one but returned it shortly after receiving, side walls are so weak she fell out of bed.
Absent customer service and poor quality product.

We love our new HAMUQ mattress. Delivery was prompt. Directions were clear and set up was simple. The mattress itself is supportive and comfortable. There is no movement on my side of the bed when my husband gets up and he finds the same when I get out of bed. We just returned from a tropical vacation and couldn't wait to get back home and finally get a good night's sleep on our Hamuq!

After having had the Hamuq for 7 months I have nothing but positive feedback for them. It's very comfy, not too warm (although it hasn't been through the summer yet), but still firm enough.
Some of the decorative stitching on the sides has come loose but as it's covered by a sheet anyways so I don't particularly care about that. It doesn't interfere with the main function of giving me and my wife good sleeps!

Honestly I would've given 5 stars because I love the mattress, never felt so compatible with a mattress like this before in my life, however I wish Hamuq wouldn't email me so much about doing surveys, interviews, and reviews. I did recommend to my family members and did the survey last year when I bought it, so it is kind of unpleasant to have more than three emails sent to me post-purchase.

I did a ton of research before buying. Checked out Hamuq, Casper, Leesa, Endy, and Novos. Read through 100s of reviews and settled on Hamuq for a variety of reasons. I am a hot sleeper to begin with so after reading how hot pure memory foam can get, the partial pocket coil design of the Hamuq started sounding very appealing.
Took the plunge and received the bed 1 week later. After struggling to get the 100lb tube up the stairs, it took ~4 hours to reach a point that I felt comfortable to sleep on it. Took me ~3 nights to get used to it but now after ~4 months, I love it! Tons of support, can't feel my girlfriend move (and vice versa). It does get a little warm but nothing unbearable; I also have a mattress protector that probably doesn't help with the temperature.
Overall, very happy. Never crossed my mind to return it once, but it was very reassuring when ordering it that I could return it. I have since recommended it to my father who ordered one and loves it just as much.

We love our Hamuq. Having come from a conventional mattress that was much too soft and unsupportive, it was a bit of an adjustment adapting to the firmness, however, our backs and necks feel so much better. Having the pocket coil system present definitely provides more longevity and versatility than other bed-in-a-box varieties. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with Hamuq. This is an amazing product!
