The customer care team is excellent. Very prompt service delivered by a forward thinking team. I placed a very large order with them and everything they delivered was correct. Amongst the order, I happened to accidentally order socks which were an incorrect size. I raised this with the team and once the socks had been returned, they sent a pair of the correctly sized socks delivery FOC as a thank you for such a large order!

I've order some items from gap year travel store and the delivery was very fast. I'm now travelling with my new backpack which got damaged due to some faults. I've reported this to the customer service at gap year travel store who were very efficient and prompt to help. In less than 48h I was refunded which allowed me to buy a new backpack and resume my trip :)

Bought 4 canisters of insect repellent, were very poorly packaged without bubble wrap (actually they were slammed against the box by a piece of paper). As the result they arrived broken, leaking. Sent an email to the store, a week later got no reply. Would never buy from them again.

I was looking for a 'changing towel' for sometime, I go to a swimmimng class with communal changing areas. Those I found on Amazon were either way too expensive or very poor quality. This poncho is excellent quality, and very good value. I intend to use it on the beach also. I am an adult female and it is roomy enough to change underneath it. It arrived very promptly also.
