Preparation is the key. I had pencilled out my itinerary noting my flexibility in times and locations well before the booking. The feedback from Matt allowed me to look at other possibilities such that we had an action planned formulated if some of the preferred flights did not mesh in with our dates. Two options were provided and we went with the one that suited us best.
Suffice to say, taking Matts advice was key in me making 99.9% of our flights in the one hit. I just followed Matts script when making the booking and ( after considerable time on the phone) it was done!
Having done a points booking myself a couple of years ago, I can definitely say using Frequent Flyers Solutions is the better option. Highly recommended! Thanks Matt

Dealing with airlines is frustrating at the best of times, but even more difficult when booking multi city flights with different airlines using points. What a wonderful inexpensive experience. trying to use Virgin Velocity on overseas flights seemed hopeless cause & when we got to 650000 I remember when I used to fly a lot with Singapore & started to loose them from non use. I thought it time to liquidate before Virgin started the same caper.
I was good @ planning when travelling the globe extensively but using these points was a daunting task until I discovered Frequent Flyer Solutions.
James gave us 3 options 1 flying BNE MUC return all Premium Economy 2 flying two different Star Alliance carriers all the way business & 3 flying OOL-SIN-MUC with Scoot & SIA paying for Scoot business & rest Premium Economy.
We went with option dumped enough Virgin Velocity points into Kris Flyer paid the taxes. James' calculations were spot on.
Kris Flyer on the phone would not have been able to offer the option 2 without lots of prodding but when given the correct dates & flight numbers all came together.
We could not be more happy to recommend these guys to anyone. Bravo James.

Fantastic job done by Matt & team. I loved the planning & flights recommended & documentation details that came with the booking (the documentation may be too much for some who just want flights), but people using this service love this type of detail - they even suggested a different business class seat as the plane is not the right type on that day - amazing. Qantas sales said one sector of the 15 was not available, but I asked them to check again & "oh it is there". Then after one cancellation & 5 hours round around from Qantas, Matt gave me a reasonable alternative in 10 minutes (and that was non-billable follow-up) - even better service. I have already told all my friends that for any complicated flight itinerary - use this option...

With your expertise We were able to use our Qantas points combined with cash to get to our destinations in Europe and back flying business class for 2 People all the way there and back. I have to admit I was dubious about using this service as I thought I had a simple requirement I could sort out on my own. But as I had left booking until a few weeks before I wanted to fly (Sth America to Oz) there was no obvious options available. So I sent through my request and constraints, hoping for the best.
At the last minute there were no classic seats available for my dates. So if left to my own devices, I was going to either pay
USD1500 outright OR USD800 + 100k points for a direct flight Santiago - Sydney.
Matt found me indirect flights. Instead I paid AUD350 + 100k points for connecting flights via Sth Africa. He was also patient with all my questions regarding options for other dates and routes.
My main aim in this instance was to save money. But I am sure that Matt could pull together a tailored itinerary if my priorities for my next trip were different. Based on my experience I would use this service again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend other try it.
