I would highly recommend using AFF to plan your holiday. It’s a fabulous service at a great price . We did an around the world trip with 17 flights over 2 months in Business class on points and we would not have been able to plan this ourselves . Matt was absolutely great with speedy service and excellent advice . As Molly would say do your self a favour and plan your trip via AFF... thanks Matt for a once in a life time experience..you rock cheers David

Please make all your frequent flyer assist operators be aware they have to as a first priority in all assist communication advise that a LAPTOP or IPAD is needed to find flights from QF website.A IPHONE does not .If this was told to me I would not have waited back and forth email as well as hours of frustration as to why it wasn’t achieving the results as stated from your assist service.Please don’t assume customers know this .Based on my wasted time to figure this out myself after paying $120.00 for a premium service I can’t recommend frequent flyer assist as i experienced it .russell

Highly recommended. Malcolm found a great itinerary in business class for my Europe trip with points, and offered a number of options to choose from. Also, Matt was highly responsive to my questions about a last minute purchase of LifeMiles points for a closing promotion that allowed me to then book an award business class trips to the US only 6 months out. I will definitely be using Frequent Flyer Solutions again.

Obviously I did not read the details of the service properly as I thought you could make the booking on my behalf. Whilst I think Lance tried to get the best he could for me when I rang Qantas the next evening (you cannot get through in the day time) several of the flights recommended were not available.
I was also disconcerting that each time he replied he addressed me by a different name! This made me question if the advice I was being given was accurate.
When I used the information he provided it was of limited use and the Qantas consultant I had was most helpful - she spent 2 hours trying to get appropriate flights. I felt that if I had gone to her in the first instance I would have ended up with the same result. I believe the $300+ I spent on Frequent Flyer Solutions was a waste of money.

The only thing I would suggest (and I suppose it is obvious in some ways) is for FFS to emphasise the importance/urgency of 1. becoming a member of a FF program if one needs to, 2. transfer the points ASAP (can take up to 3 business days), and 3. booking your preferred option ASAP, as seats can go very quickly.
