I really can't comment on the transfer as I don't know if its arrived but from what I've experienced so far the service is excellent.

First time using a 3rd party fund handling platform.
Was skeptical at first as the processing time is a little longer than the bank.
But the awesome online customer service, great exchange rates and zero processing fees WON ME OVER!

I do a dozen FX payments per month. I wanted to try FlashFx because they offer tighter spreads than the competition.
I found the account setup easy and their Send or Request paradigm very intuitive and easy to use.
I won't hesitate to recommend the service.

It's good for using Flashfx to sending money overseas. There are some confusing for the first time using it. couldn't delete my mistake had to email the site staff to clear it. and[ Using your banking app deposit money] not working.

I first had trouble changing the currency from US dollars to Canadian dollars, and as a consequence had to redo the recipient’s details again.

Transferred money - STILL NOT RECEIVED by US bank - not happy at all, had now been several days.

No change from previous review, TransferWise still unable to find the transfer so not sure where the problem is, is it with Flash-FX or Transferwise or the bank?

Flash FX staff were exceptionally attentive to my needs. I had received email correspondence from staff after hours when I thought I would not get a reply from anyone until the next business day. Very impressed. They had my best interest at heart contacting me that my funds were on hold until I had further information from the recipient account. Again excellent service. I would and have highly recommended Flash FX. Thank you team.

Service is great, simple and quite efficient. It's the fees deducted by the financial institution receiving the funds that is a killer. No real savings or any different from using a bank to make an international transfer. Sometimes fees deducted mean amount received is less than amount sent! Even with exchange rate being higher. I'm sorry but won't be using services again.

The problem is that I did not know what sender name would appear in the recipients bank account records and they found it difficult to identify the payments. It would be helpful for me to know so I can advise my recipient. In the transfer I requested for Europe, the transfer wasn't event made until two weeks later, I asked the rep here to check.
