I was bought 2 tickets 30 august 2016 after 1 week I contact FanPass because tickets wasn’t shipped.
FanPass reply the seller doesn’t send and they will try to find other tickets.
Yesterday evening (after 3 days) FanPass sends an e-mail and reply no tickets it is delivery time problem….
I forget to mention I was bought e plane ticket and book hotel for watching game
