I ordered a pair of trousers for a birthday present and payment was taken from my account the same day even though it later turns out that, unknown to me, they did not have the trousers in stock. I had an e mail asking me to review my experience but no parcel had arrived. Nearly two weeks after placing the order, I rang to see what had happened and was promised a return phone call the next day to report on progress. It didn’t come and I phoned again yet another day later to be told that the trousers I had ordered were not in stock but should be in soon. The company had my e mail address so why didn't they keep me informed? Customers can cope with hitches if they are kept up to date. It eventually turns out that the item I ordered is discontinued so I now await a refund.

Hello your service was excellent. Nobodys fault but the mittens of possum wool and leather are too big and a diffetent style from the original ones I bought. I shall be returning them soonest. The ones I bought originally didnt have studs down the back they were just slip ons and I wanted the same again.
