there is no contact information, and it took forever for the package to come, when it's finally arrived it was broken.

If there was an option for negative stars I would have chose that option. The product come with no instructions. Shipping took almost 6 weeks. I contacted the company several times to ask about shipping and while they did reply. The said it takes 4 to 6 weeks and that was it. The is nothing up front telling you that shipping with take that long.
