One of the ways you can measure a company's approach to business/customer service is what they do when they make an error. When I ordered from Dallas Drone Depot, they made an error on my order. However, they stepped up and took care of it, which gave me great confidence in them, and I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again. Nice to see a company do this these days as so many of them don't!
