There needs to be better clarification on order status, especially regarding anticipated shipping and receipt dates. I contacted customer support asking about order status but never got a response. I just waited and hoped my item would eventually ship. It took nearly two weeks for this order to be received. I also wish the hose came in a size b. The a size works but the b size is better. The product itself is good. I have used this item for years.
