I’m still waiting for the rest of my order! The first set of ornaments arrived in a padded envelope crushed with beadwork falling off . The second came in a box half full and partial order yet neither one had a packing slip or order invoice.
I’m originally from WNY and shopped for years when they had a local store and continued to order from them after I moved out of the state.
I’ve waited to write this in hopes the rest of my purchase would arrive but time is wasting and I need to address this now so I hope this situation will be resolved.
