We had a wonderful few days at Kash’s very beautiful cottage. The space was clean and charming, with a lot of thoughtful touches for guests. The view is spectacular, over the small lake (which was very quiet and peaceful when we there), and the large deck and the good sized dock were wonderful hang out spaces. This place is a gem. First, the building location is great. You're steps away from everything, including the beach, restaurants, etc. Second, the unit location is great. Sure it would be great to have an ocean view, but the mountain/town view from this unit is just as beautiful! It was great watching the hustle and bustle of the streets from the condo terrace, as well as taking in the sunrises. The condo is very modern and well-furnished, and the beds are absolutely comfortable! The coolest part is that there is an elevator literally in your unit that only you can access via keycard. This makes exiting the building, coming back from the pool, etc. super convenient. Speaking of the pool, the view from the rooftop is stunning! And the amenities up there are second to none. Kash was great to work with, so don't hesitate to book through him. He was kind enough to let us know that the condo we originally booked was having pool work done during our stay, so he let us switch to a different building at the last minute. He didn't have to do this, but we appreciate his thoughtfulness a ton. Thanks for a great stay, Kash!

Nicely situated cottage. Great for fall colours. As people mentioned in other reviews, wifi and cell signal are poor. Great for those wanting to disconnect. Some maintenance issues that I addressed privately with the owner. Very nice family weekend with our pup!

Pier 57 has the best rooftop in PV and fast fiber optic internet. Be sure to use the Airbnb app to text with this company because there are multiple employees under Kash who did not respond when contacted directly.

Kash was a great host and he also has very good support from a local team who was attentive and available quickly. Great communication and suggestions for local tips and extremely responsive to our needs. The unit is a great space at an unbeatable PV location. perfect for our group of two.

Amazing spot that was exceeded my expectations. The rooftop pool is wonderful and has an amazing view. The unit has a wrap around balcony that has great views as well. The space was clean and comfortable. The building feels really safe. Kash was very amenable to early check in and late check out. No complaints. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in PV

We had a great stay - views were amazing and we were close to the beach, great restaurants and one floor below an amazing rooftop pool and bar. Highly recommend this property - it definitely has it all!

This place is spectacular. The room, the views, everything. The absolute highlight is the rooftop pool. The pictures don’t lie. It’s really that gorgeous. All in all, I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to stay close in in Zóna Romántica.

This place is a knockout. The photos made it look great, but it was all the more spectacular in person. I’ll definitely return.
