Sorry for the delay - these kinds of customer feedback procedures are important. It was my first purchase from BuyAutoPartsOnline.ca - and it was a minor part - a replacement actuator for the trunk lock on my Chev Monte Carlo. It was a great value, the website was very easy to navigate, and the perfect new Delco part was received (as I recall) in 3-4 days - with a very reasonable shipping cost. I actually had to call the customer service team to get a clarification on something, and that call was well worth it - I wrote down the lady's name (and I believe I sent a thank you email), but I don't have access to my records where I am now.
