The website is really unclear on delivery times. I (and I know I’m not alone having looked at TrustPilot) paid for what I believed was going to be next day delivery for a birthday present, only then to be told (when delivery hadn’t taken place) that it was 3-5 days and that, even though I’d selected a delivery date on the website calendar, that did not mean it had actually been booked! I believe the product was good- but delivery time was critical for me and I would not have placed the order if it had been clear that delivery was not being guaranteed. I’ve been told BoroughBox are trying to improve website functionality- but that’s too late for me - and I won’t use this site again.
